Pump bound with the tank

The new generation of Vacu-CARGO was created in such a way as to improve the modularity.

Today, the pomp is no longer integrated into the drawbar and remains bound with the tank. It is fixed on a side support base.

All the specific implements of the tank will thus remain linked to it.

Low-Lift linkage

In option, the Vacu-CARGO can be equipped with the Low-Lift linkage.

This linkage, especially designed for the CARGO, is fitted with four points and a quick coupling.

Tank buttresses

Still with the aim to improve the modularity, the rear linkage is now bolted to two buttresses which are welded at the back of the tank. These buttresses then have a resting point on the chassis by means of the support hooks.

Consequently, the load strains from the rear implement can be evenly transferred to the whole vehicle.

So, the rear implement remains fixed to the tank and the tools can be changed in only one stage instead of two.


The pump reverser, like the rear valve, can be operated by the chassis electrovalves. Every extra electrovalve for the working of the tank will have to be mounted independently on the tank and connected to the 3 quick couplings of the chassis: pressure, free return and Load Sensing.



With a view to standardizing, the body of the Trans-CARGO tipping trailer is the same as the Trans-SPACE. The telescopic ram being part of the chassis, the initial sub-frame is no more used.

The rear pivot point of the body is fixed to the chassis by an anchoring in the support hooks and is locked by a set of Twist-Locks at the back of the chassis.

The rear hooks again contribu-te to the support and transfer the tipping strains homogene-ously to the whole of the vehicle.

Ram anchoring

The ram is simply anchored under the body by a system of anchors.

General points

The standard equipment of the Silo-CARGO is relatively similar to the one of a Silo-SPACE: i.e. the hydraulic headboard, the hydraulic rear door, the hydraulic moving floor, the integrated control of the moving floor and the rear door, and the 2-gear hydraulic motors.

It is of course possible to equip your Silo-CARGO with shredding beaters. Their drive will then occur by a P.T.O.-shaft accross the sub-frame of the silage box.

The hydraulic side extensions are also available in option.


The chassis electrovalves can operate the headboard as well as the hydraulic extensions.

The function ‘‘moving floor drive when the rear door is open (minimum 1 m)’’ can only be mounted when directly connected to the tractor.

General points

The muck spreader combining precision and high capacity (for solid manure, compost, lime, etc) also exists in CARGO version. The Ferti-CARGO, the big brother of the Ferti-SPACE, is available in 2 models: the 13,41 m³ and the 27,2 m³.

Its body is made up of a floor in 4 mm steel as well as strong side boards in high tensile steel.

The spreading box exists with 2 or 3 horizontal beaters with bolted teeth. Their drive also occurs by a P.T.O.-shaft accross the sub-frame of the silage box. The spreading system includes 2 discs with 6 blades each, allowing to reach greater spreading width (up to 16 m according to the spreading material).


Its equipment, already especially complete, can also be fitted with some very useful options such as the Pilot-Box (electrohydraulic control of all spreading functions), the Unicontrol S spreading computer or the centralized lubrification for spreader body.


General points

The Cargo-LIFT hook presents another modularity alternative. Through the Cargo-LIFT, joskin proposes a quick change of the basic tools. This agricultural version of the hook system used on trucks meets the tendency of contractors to turn more and more to public works.

Furthermore, some contractors already use trucks based on the hook container technique.

In this case, it would be perfectly possible to remove the tool from the truck and lay it down on the side of the road before loading it on the CARGO-LIFT to use it on the fields. Then, the tool can be set on the truck again so that it can be transferred quickly to the destination, at the appropriate time according to the driver's and vehicle's schedule.

This is what contractors really need, given the current working conditions. The CARGO-LIFT stands for an increased profitability of machines and manpower.

Currently, JOSKIN proposes slurry tankers, as well as containers, that are adaptable to the Cargo-LIFT system.

Running Gear

As is the case for the traditional Cargo system, the Cargo-Lift chassis is fitted with the Hydro-Tandem (Cargo-LIFT TSM) and the Hydro-Tridem (Cargo-LIFT TRM).

This running gear system offers the same properties, already mentioned, regarding the traction ease and the clearance over the ob-stacles.

Steering Axles

The rear axle of the Cargo-LIFT TSM can, in option, be mounted as a free steering axle (with hydraulic locking above 15 km/h) or as a self steering axle in both driving directions.

On the other hand, the Cargo-LIFT TRM is standard fitted with 2 self steering axles (front and rear axle).


The drawbar of the Cargo-LIFT standard includes hydropneumatic suspension together with two nitrogen balls. This suspension allows to incline the chassis so that the manipulations to change the tools are made easier.

Hook system

The hooking system on the Cargo-LIFT includes a telescopic front arm with a travel of 1,450 mm on the 6.4 m, 6.6 m and 6.8 m chassis and a travel of 1,200 mm on the 5.5 m and 5.9 m chassis. The hydraulic cylinders that operate the hook movement are entirely integrated into the chassis; in this way, it is possible to keep relatively low loading heights.

The lifting hook, built in non-deforming steel, has a height of 1,450 mm.

The arm chassis is reinforced in special Domex 690 steel (thickness: 8 mm) on the whole length. The containers are hydraulically locked from the inside to the outside.

Hydraulic system

The system is fed by an independent Load Sensing hydraulic pump of 140 l/min at 300 bars. The three functions of the hook are operated by means of 3 high flow electrovalves.
