I am about to start my 34th year at JOSKIN and what I like most about it is the fact that I'm learning, that I'm growing with the company, that I've been able to do training to improve myself, to perfect my knowledge of the painting process and technical equipment. Finally, being able to see the constant evolution of the paint line is something I really appreciate.

I have been working at JOSKIN for 26 years, so I have seen the company evolve since its beginnings. With more and more sophisticated agricultural machinery, I am constantly learning.

At the JOSKIN Shop, I love the relationship I can have with customers who come to buy miniatures, goodies, clothes... They are usually looking for something related to the machine(s) they bought and that gives them a great deal of pleasure, so that pleases me too. You don't really find this exchange everywhere, and in sales it is something I find very important.

I appreciate the flexibility I have in organising my work. I proofread and translate a wide variety of content, which makes the job stimulating!

Directly after my studies, I was hired at JOSKIN to join a young and dynamic team with great colleagues. The projects I work on are very varied and are mostly related to the production management, but also to other departments of the company. So I regularly meet colleagues from other departments and learn from them every day. It is a family business with a management that listens and is approachable.

I enjoy working in a company that, despite its size, remains a family business. Just out of school, JOSKIN trusted me and allowed me to evolve in a young and dynamic team through daily challenges.

For agricultural quads, I handle both sales and repairs, so customers get the same person from start to finish. I think it's a plus, both for the customer and for the person working on the machine, to ensure the follow-up from A to Z.

I like the fact that my work is quite diversified. When it comes to electricity, for example, we work both in buildings and on industrial machines. We do a bit of everything, both inside and outside the buildings. And one thing is for sure: you’d better not be afraid of heights, because we work at heights 70% of the time.

What I enjoy most is juggling between digital and conventional, because you have to realise that we still have both types of lathes at JOSKIN. I also like the fact that we can machine both small and large parts, in a variety of materials. It is satisfying to see that our work enables us to take a raw material and produce a very precise part that will be used in the various assembly sectors.

What I like most about my job is the mix of tasks. Every day is different, with different tasks. I also appreciate the contact with customers and drivers, as well as being able to speak several languages, which I find essential in order to practice what school has taught me.
