What I like most about my job is the mix of tasks. Every day is different, with different tasks. I also appreciate the contact with customers and drivers, as well as being able to speak several languages, which I find essential in order to practice what school has taught me.

Directly after my studies, I was hired at JOSKIN to join a young and dynamic team with great colleagues. The projects I work on are very varied and are mostly related to the production management, but also to other departments of the company. So I regularly meet colleagues from other departments and learn from them every day. It is a family business with a management that listens and is approachable.

I have been working at JOSKIN for 17 years, in a family atmosphere despite the size of the company, and this with a major advantage: the evolution in my work.

Within the JOSKIN group, the possibility of evolution is real. In 14 years, I have evolved from factory worker to purchase manager with new challenges every day.

For agricultural quads, I handle both sales and repairs, so customers get the same person from start to finish. I think it's a plus, both for the customer and for the person working on the machine, to ensure the follow-up from A to Z.

What I really like about my job is the relationship side. We are in constant contact with the staff. We can receive someone here at the office, or have someone from the factory, Spaw Tech or even France on the other end of the line. We always feel useful because we are there to answer people's questions.

I appreciate the flexibility I have in organising my work. I proofread and translate a wide variety of content, which makes the job stimulating!

I like the fact that my work is quite diversified. When it comes to electricity, for example, we work both in buildings and on industrial machines. We do a bit of everything, both inside and outside the buildings. And one thing is for sure: you’d better not be afraid of heights, because we work at heights 70% of the time.

Being familiar with the agricultural world, living in the heart of a border region and enjoying helping others, it was a great opportunity for me to work in the after-sales department of a regional company with an international scope.

I have been working at JOSKIN for 26 years, so I have seen the company evolve since its beginnings. With more and more sophisticated agricultural machinery, I am constantly learning.
