Four years ago, when the amount of slurry coming from pig farms had significantly increased, the question of its use was raised. We then decided to spread it as an organic fertilizer on the farm fields since "Arkadia" grows various crops.

But how could we transport so much slurry?
The owner, Nicolay Ivanivitch Philoppov, had at the time visited an agricultural fair in Kiev where he was able to talk with colleagues from the sector. When he came back to the farm, we decided to buy a tanker in order to pump slurry from the lagoons and to transport it to the fields. We considered different machines, including from local manufacturers, and chose a slurry spreader of the Belgian manufacturer Joskin.

What can be said about this Joskin tanker of 18 t after four years of intensive, or even almost unbroken, use?
That we are very delighted. Joskin slurry spreaders are high quality machines. I recommend this brand to all those who are planning to buy a slurry spreader. This tanker suits all uses, including for the farms that do not use the strip-till technique, just like us. These machines can easily transport the slurry and spread it on the fields.

I've never heard any negative comments on these machines. Furthermore, one may say that Joskin spreaders are a technical advancement as regards transport en handling of slurry.
