Eager to keep in Soumagne its industrial tool as well as its location, but also, and especially, its know-how and experience, the JOSKIN Group enterred a request for a building permit for 27,000 m² of new buildings, of which 20,000m² are now built.

These 20,000m² are divided as such:

1. 3,650m² of production hall including:

A. cutting area, where the automatic saws have been transfered to and 2 impressive lasers for cutting tubes and steel sections;
B. a full automatic storing hall for steel sections and tubes;
C. an unloading area for steel sections and tubes;
D. a robotized welding area, to extend the existing one;
E. a training workshop, which is a schooling area for technical schools who would like to train their students in a real technical surrounding.

2. A 4,950m² Production Hall including:

A. an area to change the final equipment of series produced stock machines, in order to fit the additional equipment which the final customer has choosen;
B. a workshop for producing and assembling dedicated hydraulic, electrical, or pneumatic kits according to the chassis number of the vehicle which will need these;
C. an assembly area for dorsal filling arms and line spreading booms, the fitting of these on the tankers, and the final personalized testing with water of these tankers.

3. Storing hall of 8,000m² :

A. the storage of pasture aerators, grass toppers and water bowsers, with final fittings according to the customer's choices;
B. storing and preparing the equipment used at indoor and outdoor shows/fairs;
C. a stock of finished JOSKIN vehicles, which can be visited by customers to visualize the numerous JOSKIN solutions.

4. A 3,150m² Warehouse for large size parts including:

A. An impressive full automatic storage facility with 900 trays for parts up to maximum 4,50 m;
B. shelves for a manual storage of over-sized parts;
C. a packing and dispatching area, where parcels with big parts are joined by the smaller parts for groupage delivery and expedition with external parcel delivery companies through 2 mobile loading decks which adapt themselves to the size of the vehicle to be loaded.
