Hydrocleaners
The Modulo2 Hydro-Vacuum hydrocleaners have been designed for cleaning gullies and sewers or any other work, such as emptying septic tanks, unclogging pipes or vacuuming sediments and waste. Their design is based on the proven concept of the Modulo2 slurry tankers, produced in thousands of units and sold all over the world. The Modulo2 Hydro-Vacuum is available as a single-axle version from 8,400 to 10,000 l or as a double-axle version from 10,000 to 14,000 l. All models are equipped as standard with a Ø4" balanced dorsal boom for an easy handling, a high-pressure clean water injection nozzle for stirring up foreign bodies for easy suction using a high-performance suction technology.
The design of the Modulo2-Hydro-Vacuum hydrocleaner is based on a self-supporting monocoque compartmentalised tank. It is designed on the basis of the experience gained by JOSKIN in the manufacture of slurry tankers of the Modulo2 range. These hydrocleaners are sturdy and light, while offering a low centre of gravity for an excellent weight/maneuverability ratio. The tanks, made of hot-dip galvanised high tensile steel (5 mm thick for the 8400ME model and 6 mm thick for the other models) comply with the EN707 safety standard (anti-pitching). The tanks are monocoque and compartmentalised: the 8,400 and 10,000 hydrocleaners have a compartment of 1,500 l of fresh water for 6,900 and 8,500 l of mud respectively, while the 14,000 model has 2,000 l of fresh water for 12,000 l of mud. An integral cradle is robot welded along the entire length of the tank. This cradle avoids all stress and acts as the vehicle chassis. The running gear, whether single or double axle, is bolted to the integral cradle and can therefore be moved so that the weight can be adapted to the hitch of your tractor.
As standard, the Modulo2 Hydro-Vacuum hydrocleaners are already equipped with an industrial pumping system consisting of a JUROP DL 180 vacuum pump with a capacity of 18,000 l/min with silencer and air cooling, as well as a high-pressure pump with a capacity of 70 l/min at 120 bar, protected by a water filter. This pump combination has a very low-maintenance and requires no continuous lubrication.
A lance with a 10-m 1/2” hose allows you to carry out essential cleaning work around the tank or during the unclogging work.
The high-pressure circuit is hydraulically driven, a pressure of 120 bar and a flow rate of 70 l/min allowing the unclogging of sewers. The manual or hydraulic reel (optional) equipped with a 50 m 1/2'' hose and a rat ensures the unclogging of the pipes. The pressure and water flow rate can be adapted according to the size of the sewer.
Several options are available to adapt the machine to your future work: a Ø 100 mm gooseneck, a lighting bar with control box, an acoustic warning for the high-pressure water level, red/white stripes on the rear wall (sticker), a remote control, and many more!
