From 17th to 19th March, new after-sales training courses were organised for our dealers' customer service technicians. Both new employees and those with several years' experience were invited. The training, which included both theoretical and practical sessions, took place over a three-day period.
During the theoretical part, participants were able to familiarise themselves with:
• the JOSKIN website,
• the MyJOSKIN platform,
• the EasyTech section, which is the main source of information for after-sales service.
The JOSKIN machine range was presented with its configurations, equipment options and main technical solutions. A visit to the production halls, during which participants were able to observe the entire machine manufacturing process, was also an important part of the training.
However, the practical workshops organised on the company's site were at the heart of the training. After receiving instructions from JOSKIN technicians, the participants carried out maintenance tasks on various machines themselves. It was a very active and exciting time, with each machine generating numerous questions and discussion points.
We are convinced that the knowledge imparted will enable our dealers to solve their customers' day-to-day maintenance problems even more quickly and efficiently, which will benefit JOSKIN, the dealers and, above all, the owners of JOSKIN machines.
